High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) above 5mg/dl and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) below 30ml/min/1.73m² significantly predict mortality in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients. These markers offer simple tools for outcome assessment in resource-limited settings.
