Summary

Patients with low-volume lymph node metastasis (isolated tumor cells [ITCs] and micrometastasis [MM]) in endometrial cancer had better outcomes than those with macrometastasis. Adjuvant chemotherapy was common for ITCs and MM, but further study is needed for optimal management.
