Arthroscopic Decompression for a Giant Meniscal Cyst.

    Summary

    A giant medial meniscal cyst in an osteoarthritic knee was successfully treated with arthroscopic cyst decompression. This minimally invasive approach achieved complete cyst resolution and no recurrence over a 2-year follow-up.
