Rudimentary gallbladder, a rare congenital anomaly, was diagnosed in an 18-year-old boy initially suspected of having a choledochal cyst. Surgical removal of the hypoplastic gallbladder resolved his symptoms, highlighting the importance of accurate diagnosis for rare gallbladder anomalies.
