Endoscopic approach for quadrigeminal cistern arachnoid cyst.

Background:

• Quadrigeminal cistern arachnoid cysts (QCACs) are rare, comprising 5-10% of intracranial arachnoid cysts (ACs).
• Often asymptomatic, QCACs are typically incidental findings during radiological evaluations.

• To report a series of eight patients with QCACs treated with neuroendoscopic intervention.
