Often presents as a rapidly enlarging pelvic mass, with many patients being asymptomatic.

Purpose of the Study:

To report a case of an exceptionally large uterine leiomyosarcoma.
To emphasize the rapid clinical course and diagnostic challenges associated with this rare tumor.

Main Methods:

Case report of a patient with a rapidly growing abdominal mass.
Surgical intervention via laparotomy.
Confirmation of diagnosis through pathologic and histologic examination.

Main Results:

The patient presented with a large abdominal mass and fatigue.
