Coronectomy; Good or Bad?

    Summary

    Coronectomy is a safer alternative to mandibular third molar extraction, reducing inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) injury risk. If coronectomy fails, subsequent extraction is safer due to root migration away from the IAN.
