A Model for Predicting Persistent Elevation of Factor VIII among Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Persistently elevated coagulation factor VIII (FVIII) levels are common in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients and predict recurrent stroke risk. Identifying these patients may enable targeted secondary stroke prevention strategies.
