Abstract:
Non-melanoma skin cancer in its most prevalent types, basal and squamous cell carcinoma, has a variety of clinicopathologic presentations. Recognition of these types will enable the physician to select the most appropriate method of therapy, diminishing the chance of recurrence and the potential for severe physical and psychologic impairment, and even death.
