Summary

This study found no genetic changes (somaclonal variation) in sugarcane varieties RB943365 and RB92579 after 15 rounds of micropropagation. Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) DNA markers confirmed the stability of these sugarcane plants in vitro.
