QLU-C10D: a health state classification system for a multi-attribute utility measure based on the EORTC QLQ-C30.

A new health state classification system (HSCS) was developed from the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire. This system, the QLU-C10D, will form the basis for a multi-attribute utility instrument to measure cancer patient quality of life.
