Stability of tacrolimus solutions in polyolefin containers

Tacrolimus solutions in polyolefin containers show good stability, with most concentrations remaining stable for at least 48 hours. The 0.001 mg/mL concentration in 0.9% sodium chloride injection was stable for 24 hours at room temperature.
