Omega-3 Fatty Acids for Depression in Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomized Pilot Study

Omega-3 fatty acids did not significantly improve treatment-resistant depression in multiple sclerosis patients when added to antidepressants. This pilot study found no difference compared to placebo, though supplementation was well-tolerated.
