[Endophthalmitis caused by Aspergillus (anatomo-clinical study of a case)]
Abstract:
The authors report a case of endogenous aspergillosis endophthalmitis. Ocular involvement was very important and not controlled by several vitrectomy and intra-vitreous Amphotericin B. Pathological examination revealed abscesses in the vitreous, choroid and retina. Diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
