Comprehensive Transcriptome Profiling Reveals Multigene Signatures in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

We developed a novel multigene signature integrating messenger RNAs (mRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) to predict outcomes for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients. This signature also identifies patients likely to benefit from taxane chemotherapy.
