[Bilateral carcinoma of the breast]

Authors, in the light of literature and personal experience of 27 patients observed, discuss risk factors, treatment and prognosis of bilateral breast cancer. Finally, Authors stress the utility of carefully planned follow-up with mammography and random biopsy to obtain an early diagnosis.
