Summary

Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) version 2 effectively aids in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer. This magnetic resonance imaging tool demonstrated strong predictive value in a study of 425 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.
