Arteriolar Diameters in Glaucomatous Eyes with Single-Hemifield Damage

Glaucoma with single-hemifield loss shows thinner retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and reduced retinal sensitivity (RS). Vessel narrowing in affected areas suggests reduced blood flow demand.

- Narrower arteriolar lumen and increased wall-to-lumen ratio in affected areas suggest vessel narrowing is secondary to reduced blood flow demand.
