Subclinical neurological involvement does not develop if Wilson's disease is treated early

Early diagnosis and treatment of Wilson disease (WD) appear to prevent neurological damage. Comprehensive neurophysiological, neuropsychological, and neuroimaging assessments found no subclinical involvement in patients treated for at least 10 years.
