Amniotic membrane-assisted trabeculectomy for refractory glaucoma with corneal disorders

Amniotic membrane (AM)-assisted trabeculectomy (TLE) showed initial success in controlling intraocular pressure (IOP) for refractory glaucoma patients with severe corneal disorders. However, long-term IOP control was limited, and ocular surface conditions required careful management.
