Bacterial Interactomes: Interacting Protein Partners Share Similar Function and Are Validated in Independent Assays

This study presents a more accurate method for identifying protein-protein interactions (PPIs) in bacteria. The findings reveal that true PPIs are more likely to involve proteins with similar functions or those found together in independent assays.
