Utility of Patient-Reported Outcome Instruments in Heart Failure

Patient-reported outcomes (PRO) are valuable for heart failure care but not integrated. Only two PRO instruments, the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure and Kansas City Cardiomyopathy questionnaire, met all criteria for clinical use.
