[Simultaneous bilateral testicular tumors]

Simultaneous bilateral testicular neoplasia is exceptional and its diagnosis in stage I is of extraordinary interest, especially when they are not marker producers. Echography has currently become the simplest, most effective and economic method of presumptive diagnosis of testicular tumours and the most important for detecting bilaterality when one of them may be present subclinically.
