Summary

Researchers developed a simple exfoliation method for producing high-quality two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets like graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides in water. This technique yields abundant, thin nanosheets, including molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide below 1 nm.
