The pressure-flow relationship during exercise, specifically the mean pulmonary arterial pressure to cardiac output (mPAP/CO) ratio, predicts survival in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) patients. This exercise hemodynamic marker offers valuable prognostic insight.
