Primary gastric natural killer/T-cell lymphoma with diffuse CD30 expression and without CD56 expression: A case

This study reports a rare case of gastric natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma in a patient lacking CD56 but showing diffuse CD30 expression. This finding challenges typical NK/T-cell lymphoma phenotypes and aids in differential diagnosis.
