Effects of disturbed blood flow during exercise on endothelial function: a time course analysis

A single handgrip exercise session acutely improved endothelial function, measured by flow-mediated dilation (FMD). However, adding blood flow restriction to the exercising arm blunted this positive vascular response in healthy young men.
