Different visual stimuli affect body reorientation strategies during sidestepping

High-level soccer players use safer sidestepping strategies in game-realistic scenarios, potentially reducing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury risk. Training these techniques could benefit amateur players.

- These strategies could be trained in lower-level players to mitigate ACL injury risk during sidestepping.
