Double-orifice mitral valve associated with bicuspid aortic valve

A rare congenital heart defect, double-orifice mitral valve, was found with a bicuspid aortic valve in a patient with exertional dyspnea. This rare association required advanced imaging for diagnosis and ongoing monitoring.
