Dichlorphenamide: A Review in Primary Periodic Paralyses.

Dichlorphenamide significantly reduced paralytic attacks in patients with hyperkalaemic and hypokalaemic periodic paralyses. This carbonic anhydrase inhibitor demonstrated sustained efficacy and good tolerability in clinical trials.
