Background:

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and leiomyoma are uncommon scrotal tumors.
This study reviews three cases of scrotal tumors diagnosed between 2000 and 2014.

Observation:

Two cases involved basal cell carcinoma in elderly men presenting with scrotal lesions.
One case presented a scrotal leiomyoma in a middle-aged man.

Findings:

Basal cell carcinoma of the scrotum can present as a plaque, nodule, or ulcer, sometimes requiring repeat excision for positive margins.
