Dermatological side effects of intravesical Mitomycin C: Delayed hypersensitivity

Intravesical Mitomycin C for bladder cancer can cause skin side effects like palm and plantar dermatitis. Two types, contact and delayed hypersensitivity, were observed, with the latter requiring corticosteroid treatment.
