Summary

Community-based integrated vector control (IVC) significantly reduced lymphatic filariasis (LF) transmission. Combining mass drug administration (MDA) with IVC tools like polystyrene beads (EPS) and pyrethroid-impregnated curtains (PIC) accelerated LF elimination efforts.
