Background:

Current treatments include pharmaceuticals and complementary/alternative medicine (CAM), but Bowenwork for migraine is understudied.

To investigate the effects of Bowenwork on a chronic migraineur with co-occurring neck pain and other symptoms.

Main Methods:

A prospective case report involving 14 Bowenwork sessions over four months.
The Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile version 2 (MYMOP2) was used to track changes in pain, medication use, function, and well-being.
The participant received no other migraine treatments during the study.

Progressive reduction in migraine and neck pain was reported, with complete cessation by session 14.
