Background:

Effective vaccine data recording is crucial for public health and supply chain management.
Vaccination data accuracy impacts public health initiatives and resource allocation.

Purpose of the Study:

To compare vaccine data accuracy between vaccination rooms and a government internet platform.
To assess the reliability of digital health platforms for vaccine surveillance.

Main Methods:

Compared monthly diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine doses administered from 2006-2010.
Utilized vaccination room data as the gold standard and an internet platform for federal data.
Employed descriptive statistics and percentage error analysis.

Main Results:

Significant discrepancies were found between the two data sources.
Percentage error ranged from -0.48% to 0.39% relative to actual values.
Data concordance occurred in only 1.66% of the analyzed months.

Conclusions:

A frequent and substantial difference exists in vaccine dose reporting between local and federal levels.
The findings suggest potential challenges in the accuracy of national vaccine data platforms.
This data inconsistency may affect vaccine supply chain efficiency and public health planning.
