A new questionnaire, the Risky, Impulsive, and Self-Destructive Behavior Questionnaire (RISQ), was developed to assess a wide range of risky behaviors, including their triggers and consequences. The RISQ shows strong validity and reliability for quantifying harmful actions across multiple domains.
