SAPHO Syndrome: Imaging Findings of Vertebral Involvement

Imaging of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome may show a semicircular vertebral pattern. This distinctive morphology aids in diagnosing SAPHO, preventing misinterpretation as infection or metastases.
