    • Tumour in tumour metastasis, where one neoplasm spreads to another, is an exceptionally rare phenomenon.

    Purpose:

    • To review the literature on tumour in tumour metastasis.
    • To report on 43 new cases of tumour in tumour metastasis.

    Summary:

    • Malignant tumours most frequently metastasize within benign tumours (38 cases).
    • Metastases within malignant tumours were observed in 4 cases, with some cases showing spread to both malignant and benign tumours.

    Impact:

    • This study expands the understanding of rare metastatic patterns.
    • Highlights the potential for complex neoplastic interactions within a single patient.
