Auditory Temporal Processing Deficits in Chronic Stroke: A Comparison of Brain Damage Lateralization Effect

Stroke patients show poorer auditory temporal processing in the ear opposite the brain damage. Advanced age also negatively impacts these abilities, highlighting the need for early diagnosis and monitoring.
