  • To assess the relationship between nursing education and patient satisfaction metrics.

  • A single-group pre-/posttest design was employed.
  • Nurse knowledge was assessed using a knowledge assessment tool.
  • Patient satisfaction was measured using the American Pain Society Patient Outcomes Questionnaire Revised (APS-POQ-R) and HCAHPS scores.
