Abstract:
In the article there are presented the results of the evaluation of nutrition rations of students of educational institutions of medical profile. There was performed the method of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was responded by 199 medical college students and 399 students of medical university. It was found that the nutrition rations were established to fail to meet the requirements of sound nutrition. In particular, 30% of observed respondents fail to keep up three four meals daily. There is no hot dish in the daily ration. There is revealed a deficit of consumption of protein foods: meat, fish, dairy products, eggs with an excess of digestible carbohydrate. Unbalanced nutrition is a risk factor for alimentary-related diseases.
