Papain-induced occupational rhinoconjunctivitis and asthma - A case report

Occupational asthma, rhinitis, and conjunctivitis were linked to papain exposure in a spice packer. Specific challenge tests confirmed papain allergy and eosinophil increases in respiratory and eye tissues.
