Staphylococcal Enterotoxin A Detection from Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients' Blood and Synovial Fluid

Staphylococcal enterotoxin A (superantigen A) was detected in the synovial fluid of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients using PCR and ELISA. This finding suggests a potential endogenous origin for superantigen A in RA pathogenesis.
