Interlocking Nailing Versus Interlocking Plating in Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures: A Biomechanical Study

Minimally invasive calcaneal interlocking nails offer comparable primary stability to traditional plates for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures. The C-Nail demonstrated superior performance in dynamic failure testing compared to the Calcanail and Rimbus plate.
