Silent Cerebral Small Vessel Disease in Restless Legs Syndrome

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) patients, especially those with longer disease duration, show increased silent cerebral small vessel disease (SVD). This suggests long-term RLS may be a risk factor for stroke.
