[Diffuse neoplastic infiltration of leptomeninges by malignant pleural mesothelioma]

Abstract:
A 65 year-old-man, diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma, developed polymorphic neurologic symptoms and signs indicating involvement of cranial and spinal nerves. Necropsy disclosed a diffuse neoplastic invasion of the leptomeninges with no other neural metastases.
