Summary

Triple-echo steady state (TESS) T2 mapping is a feasible alternative for quantitative hip joint cartilage imaging at 7T. This method offers faster acquisition and B1 insensitivity compared to conventional multi-echo-spin-echo (CPMG) T2 mapping.
