A Novel Anesthetic Technique for PEVAR

A novel anesthesia approach combining moderate intravenous sedation with bilateral ilioinguinal nerve blocks offers safe and cost-effective anesthesia for percutaneous endovascular aneurysm repair (PEVAR). This technique provides excellent pain relief and avoids general anesthesia for select patients.
