Abstract:
The study of various indices of the secretory function of the stomach in antenatal and postnatal period made it possible to establish the dynamics of the process. The presence of the lactic acid in the gastric juice and the absence of hydrochloric acid (15-25 days before birth)--are characteristic features of the process. The significance of the obtained material for pediatrics is shown.
