Body Mass Index Change between Pregnancies and Risk of Spontaneous Preterm Birth

Obesity did not increase spontaneous preterm birth risk in multiparous women. However, an increased body mass index (BMI) between pregnancies was linked to a lower risk of late preterm birth.
